I was absolutely thrilled with the work carried out on our period cottage (circa 1860) by Tony and his team, over the years I have worked with many builders and this bunch of chaps were a pleasure to have around. I had a complicated extension to add on to our Victorian property and I knew from the first time I met Tony he was the right man for this work, the build took nearly six months through the worst of the winter weather and freezing temperatures, the addition of a new bedroom, utility, en-suite, cloakroom and sitting room sounds easy but having to work around existing drains, cutting into an old roof, new drainage, new soakaway, foundations, underpinning of period exterior wall plus a cantilever with steel supports was met with enthusiasm and excellent problem solving skills. When we were in despair because our architect and structural engineer had made some errors Tony re-assured me that "whatever needs doing we will make it work" his calm and reassurance were an absolute blessing when stress levels were at there highest! He also came up with a couple of genius alterations which has made such a huge difference to the space and flow of the house. Tonys team were helpful and when things needed altering there was no grumbling or grousing they got on with the job with the help of a few cups of tea, some cake and biscuits! The whole team take great pride in the quality of their work, they were very tidy and courteous to my neighbours who were impacted for the duration of the works. Tony even put a new back door on for my neighbours as a thank you for allowing the scaffolding on their land and my other neighbour had a new shingle drive laid at the end of the job. When the work was completed Tony had no problem sending his guys back to do a few snags and bits and bobs, in fact his guys came the very next day. We are thrilled with our extension and cannot recommend them highly enough.

We are both really looking forward to moving in to the house, It would not have been the same without the work being done on time.  We are extremely grateful that you were able to organise the whole project & get it done on schedule.  We both wish your business every success & will not hesitate to recommend you to others.

Tony and his team have just completed a most satisfactory piece of work at my home, they are also most pleasant to deal with
